Welcome to Treasure - Signs.com
We are offering a treasure-oriented site with an emphasis on practical, useful information, as well as stories to stimulate your imagination.
What is a Treasure Sign?
When you think of a treasure sign, do you think about a waybill, with strange lines, exotic markings, triangles, trees and x's?
- Perhaps a Pirate's treasure map
- A chest full of Gold coins and jewels
- Emeralds and Rubies by the hand full
- Bent trees, clusters and stacks of rocks, carvings on trees, trail markers
Secrets
How often do you drive by weathered, deserted buildings, house foundations, or old barns? Do you dream of having the chance to roam, poke and snoop around these old places? There are many locations like this and even whole towns that are forgotten, decaying and falling into ruin.
Locations like these just beg for your attention, beckoning, yet holding fast to their secrets.
Gold Prospecting
The mountain and desert regions of the west contain and hide Old Gold and Silver locations. Abandoned mines, tailing piles and Ghost Towns are sure to cause visions of treasures lost or intentionally concealed.
Places like these will make your heart pound with anticipation, thinking of all the excitement, adventure and maybe, just maybe..........................
"Treasure"
Everything mentioned above can be a treasure sign. However, as treasure seekers, we shouldn't limit our thinking to just the most popular types of signs and symbols.
KGC
Sure, there will be much discussion on this website of the "Knights of the Golden Circle", as well as tales of Spanish and Outlaw Treasure but, not to be neglected are the Metal detector enthusiasts and coin shooters.
These folks are sure to have their own, unique definition of Treasure Signs.
Club Activities
Coin hunting clubs and Prospecting groups will have pages for their listings, Treasure hunts and special events.
Recreational Gold prospecting group outings, camp-outs and meetings
will be covered as well.
What Is It
Our plan is to have informative articles and stories about Treasure Hunting and Treasure Hunters. There will even be graphics of different types of Treasure Signs and symbols, as well as pictures of Treasures found.
It Takes Time
Sooner or later, Articles on equipment, research, camping, prospecting and other Treasure-related activities will be added.
Reports on Diving, Remote viewing, Dowsing and LRL can also be found
here eventually.
Treasure Stories
Do you have one that you want told? Maybe an adventure that you want to share? If you have the urge to see your byline on the web, we will supply a submission form for you.
Questions
We are going to build pages for different types of Q & A.
Plans are being worked out to field questions on treasure hunting and also equipment usage.
There are a few very experienced people in various areas of treasure hunting, who are willing to help. If at all possible they will provide answers for you.
